Here's the video from our meeting on September 24th. 2025. During the gathering, diocesan authorities arrived unexpectedly and went directly to the podium without first consulting any of our members. Please note that this meeting was held in a public venue, not on diocesan property, and was convened by The Voice of the Laity, not by the diocesan authorities. Throughout the event, we, as the Voice of the Laity, remained calm and respectful, and we will continue to do so. At the same time, we are committed to the mission the Lord has given us. Let's keep the Diocesan authorities in our prayers.
Our first informational meeting addressed growing concerns regarding the Neocatechumenal Way and its presence within our community. Attendees gathered to share observations, ask questions, and seek clarity on the group’s teachings, practices, and level of integration within the broader parish life. The discussion remained respectful and focused on understanding both the spiritual and administrative implications, while emphasizing the importance of unity, transparency, and fidelity.
